Do out of stock items come back in stock?

Some items will be re-stocked but not all of them.  Please keep checking back and also be sure to follow us on Instagram @shoplexbrown for updates on items.

Do you have gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer gift cards.

Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

At this time, we offer returns for store credit.  Please see our refund policy page for more details.

What happens if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.  Please be sure your email address is correct for this reason.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.  We do our best to maintain quick processing and shipping times therefore there is no gap to cancel or change your order. 

Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not have a physical store and are only online at this time.
