Shipping + Delivery
Order processing will take 1-3 business days. Once your items have shipped, you will received USPS tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed. We do our best to maintain quick processing and shipping times therefore there is no gap to cancel or change your order.
Please be sure your information is correct. If you input the wrong address and it is shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will be charged $5 for reshipment along with providing an updated address.
Shop Lex Brown is not responsible for delays with USPS and they are unfortunately out of our control. If you package does not meet their specified shipping time, please contact USPS directly. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

Shop Lex Brown is not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
International shipping is not widely available at this time. We do offer shipping to Canada but the cost shipping cost is unfortunately high. We are going to expand our shipping in the future.
